About the Executive Vice President Role

Confidential Government is seeking an experienced Executive Vice President (EVP) to provide strategic leadership and operational guidance. This full-time position, based in Riyadh, requires a seasoned professional to ensure the organization's vision and operations remain aligned with its core mission and values. The EVP will be instrumental in shaping the future direction of the organization.

Strategic Leadership and Vision

The Executive Vice President will be responsible for guiding the organization's overarching vision and operational strategy. This involves collaborating with senior executives to formulate long-term strategies that foster business growth, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen stakeholder engagement. The role demands a forward-thinking individual capable of navigating complex challenges and building essential partnerships to achieve organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with the organization's long-term vision and operational goals, adapting to market changes.
  • Lead the senior leadership team in executing business plans, providing guidance to enhance performance and efficiency.
  • Oversee financial performance, including budget preparation, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring financial integrity.

Qualifications and Experience
