About the Role

Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences is seeking a Full-time F&B Cost Controller: Purchase to Pay to join our team in Riyadh. This role is integral to ensuring the implementation of cost-effective measures within the Food & Beverage department, directly contributing to the hotel's financial performance and the delivery of memorable guest experiences.

Position Summary

The F&B Cost Controller plays a vital part in monitoring and enhancing the financial performance of the Food & Beverage operations. This involves a focus on financial accuracy, operational alignment, and the proactive identification of opportunities to improve profitability across the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the financial performance of the Food & Beverage department, identifying opportunities to enhance profitability and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare regular financial reports and lead weekly meetings to communicate insights, trends, and cost factors to departments and leadership.
• Collaborate with hotel finance team members and the Food & Beverage department to ensure financial accuracy and operational alignment.
• Provide support to the Finance Lead on special projects that contribute to the overall success of the department.
