About the Role

MOBCO Group is seeking an experienced Facilities Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of facilities management projects. This full-time position, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, involves overseeing projects across diverse sectors including commercial, residential, hospitality, healthcare, and mixed-use developments. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale facilities operations, refurbishment projects, and maintenance programs, while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and budget requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage facilities management projects from initiation through completion.
Plan, organize, and monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
Oversee hard and soft Facilities Management (FM) services, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and industry standards.
Manage refurbishment, renovation, fit-out, and asset replacement projects.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Develop project execution plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
Monitor project performance, progress, and costs, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental (HSE), and quality standards.
Manage procurement activities, contractor evaluations, and subcontractor performance.
Conduct project meetings and prepare progress reports for senior management and clients.
Oversee commissioning, handover, and close-out activities.
Ensure effective lifecycle management of facilities assets.
Identify opportunities for operational efficiency, sustainability, and cost optimization.
Resolve project-related technical and operational issues in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 20 years of experience in facilities management, construction, or project management.
At least 10 years of experience specifically managing large-scale facilities or maintenance projects.
Proven experience delivering projects within commercial, hospitality, healthcare, residential, or government sectors.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

Strong understanding of facilities management principles.
Proficiency in asset management strategies.
Comprehensive knowledge of maintenance strategies.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position with MOBCO Group, located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires coordination with various internal and external stakeholders across diverse development types.
