About the Role

Four Points by Sheraton is seeking a F&B Service Expert to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are committed to creating memorable and unique dining experiences for our guests through exceptional food and beverage service.

Role Purpose

As an F&B Service Expert, you will take the initiative to deliver a comprehensive range of services, ensuring guests thoroughly enjoy their meals. This role is central to upholding high quality standards in all aspects of service and contributing to a positive and welcoming dining atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Set tables and prepare dining areas efficiently.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Interact with and serve guests, making transactions feel like an integral part of their experience.
• Clean work areas and supplies diligently to maintain hygiene standards.
• Create and maintain a safe workplace by strictly following company policies and procedures.
• Uphold established quality standards across all aspects of service delivery.
• Ensure a professional uniform, personal appearance, and clear communication at all times.

Physical Demands

The F&B Service Expert role requires physical activity, including:

• Standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
• Moving over sloping, uneven, or potentially slippery surfaces.
• Reading and visually verifying information, such as menu details.
• Taking a hands-on approach to work, including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of relevant experience is required for this position.
