Role Overview: Field Force Manager (Injectable Aesthetics)

Galderma is seeking a Field Force Manager (Injectable Aesthetics) to join its team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is available in Riyadh, Al Qassim, or Dammam and requires 0-1 years of experience. The primary responsibility involves leading and directing a team of Medical Representatives to achieve qualitative objectives within the Injectable Aesthetics portfolio, focusing on disseminating medical knowledge to doctors, hospitals, and key accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and motivate the team to achieve overall objectives for the central region (Riyadh, Al Qassim, or Dammam).
• Ensure full accountability for engaging Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), key accounts, and distributor teams with medical knowledge of Galderma products.
• Deliver country and territory objectives in accordance with established plans and strategies.
• Supervise the sales team to ensure the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), objectives, and marketing plan targets.
• Support and monitor the implementation of professional marketing programs.
• Establish strong relationships with local distributor teams.
• Develop plans and strategies to expand the HCP base and contribute to the development of training and educational programs for HCPs.
• Drive and develop key account strategies and plans.
• Collaborate with other related departments, analyze and interpret results to undertake appropriate actions that develop and maximize qualitative metrics.
• Deliver the company strategy in Aesthetics and Dermatology clinics through active implementation of marketing programs.
• Create effective territory structures, evaluate them periodically, and update as necessary.
• Build long-term strategic relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and other stakeholders.
• Adhere to all country laws, company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
• Monitor market trends and developments from other aesthetics companies, discussing findings with the Business Unit Head to anticipate and develop relevant action plans for improving brand scientific positioning.

Team Leadership and Development

The Field Force Manager will provide coaching and support to team members, fostering scientific engagement with Healthcare Professionals in alignment with Galderma's vision and values. This role involves joining a high-performing team focused on a strategic growth brand, playing a key role in building long-term success in Saudi Arabia.

Required Skills and Experience

• 0-1 years of relevant professional experience.
• Ability to actively use internal CRM systems.
• Capability to follow up and evaluate team's daily activities.
• Proficiency in providing accurate follow-up in all reporting systems, including periodic reporting and HCP databases.
