Rgheeb | رغيب is seeking a dedicated and experienced Finance Director to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is critical for overseeing all financial and accounting operations, ensuring robust financial health and strategic growth.

Role Overview

The Finance Director will be responsible for leading the company's financial strategy and operations. This role involves managing financial planning, risk, and reporting, while also contributing to key strategic decisions to enhance overall financial performance. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with all relevant financial and tax standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all financial and accounting operations of the company.
Oversee financial planning and the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
Develop internal control systems and manage financial risks.
Supervise the preparation of financial reports and ensure compliance with financial and tax standards and regulations.
Manage cash flows, improve financial performance, and support strategic decisions.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant financial leadership role.
Demonstrated ability to manage comprehensive financial operations and strategic financial planning.
