About the Fresh Graduate Engineering Trainee Program

TK Elevator is seeking motivated Fresh Graduate Engineers to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, as full-time employees. This is a permanent employment opportunity designed to accelerate the professional growth of newly graduated engineers through a structured Graduate Engineer Development Program. The program focuses on developing both technical and commercial competencies within the organization.

Program Structure and Objectives

As a Fresh Graduate Engineering Trainee, you will participate in a structured rotational training program. This program provides hands-on experience by working on real projects and collaborating with experienced professionals. Rotations are planned across key business functions, including Engineering, Projects, Operations, Maintenance, and Technical Sales, to provide broad business exposure and prepare you for long-term career growth within TK Elevator.

Core Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured rotational training program across various departments, including Engineering, Projects, Operations, Maintenance, and Technical Sales.
• Assist in the design, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical and/or mechanical systems.
• Support project planning, execution, monitoring, and documentation activities.
• Prepare technical documentation, engineering reports, calculations, and other project-related records.
• Conduct basic engineering analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause investigations under the supervision of senior engineers.
• Assist the Technical Sales team in preparing technical proposals, quotations, product presentations, and customer solutions.
• Participate in customer meetings, site visits, and technical discussions to gain commercial and client-facing experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project delivery and achieve organizational objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, quality standards, and engineering best practices.
• Provide regular progress updates to mentors and supervisors throughout each departmental rotation.
• Demonstrate a proactive attitude toward learning and continuously develop technical, commercial, and professional skills.
• Perform other duties and assignments as required during the training program.

Candidate Profile

• Fresh Graduate Engineer with 0-1 years of experience.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

Program Specific Requirements

• Candidates must be available for immediate joining.
• Willingness to work across different departments and project sites as required during the rotational program.
• Active membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
