The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for managing guest interactions with accuracy and efficiency. This involves understanding and assessing guest needs to provide personalized service and recommendations, aiming to ensure and exceed guest satisfaction. The role contributes to creating memorable experiences tailored to individual guest preferences.

Location and Facilities

The position is located at the Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh, an architectural landmark situated within the iconic Kingdom Tower in Riyadh. The hotel offers a prime location with proximity to business areas, shopping centers, and cultural sites. It features 276 rooms and suites, multiple dining venues, extensive event facilities, a spa, and a fitness center.

Area of Responsibility

The primary area of responsibility for this role is the Front Office operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Written, spoken, and reading proficiency in both English and Arabic.
• Hotel experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of Opera PMS is preferred.
