Globe 24-7 is seeking a Saudi General Manager to lead operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires a professional with experience in developing business and overseeing operations within the geoscience and mining consultancy and engineering sector. The successful candidate will drive growth and manage day-to-day activities in the region.

Company Context and Sector Focus

Globe 24-7 operates in partnership with a leading mining company, focusing on specialized services for the mining and construction industries. This role is central to expanding the company's footprint and service delivery in the Kingdom, particularly within the critical geoscience and mining consultancy and engineering domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HQ teams and corporate functions to provide insights into market trends and competitive positioning.
• Develop business opportunities specifically in geosciences and mining consultancy and engineering.
• Oversee daily operations, assign weekly performance goals, and ensure their successful completion.
• Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing employees to achieve objectives for sales, profitability, and market share.
• Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished effectively.
• Manage all available P&L levers, both revenue and cost-side, to achieve committed yearly financial goals.
• Manage bank accounts for the company.
• Represent the Company before relevant Authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
