About the General Services Controller Role

شركة الأعمال المدنية المحدودة is seeking a General Services Controller to oversee field maintenance teams in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 0-1 years of experience and focuses on ensuring the efficient and high-quality execution of operation and maintenance work within the specified geographical scope, adhering to technical standards and agreed-upon schedules.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and assign daily tasks to field maintenance teams based on priorities and incoming reports.
Monitor the execution of both periodic and emergency maintenance work, ensuring completion with quality and efficiency.
Receive and process reports from the system or operations room, directing relevant teams for action.
Verify actual execution and technical closure of reports before closing them in the system.
Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports to management detailing completed and delayed reports.
Provide technical recommendations for recurring malfunctions or necessary replacements and upgrades.
Ensure field teams adhere to occupational safety procedures during all work activities.
Liaise with relevant internal and external parties to facilitate a smooth workflow.
Train and guide technicians and technical assistants to enhance their efficiency.
Oversee the availability of necessary spare parts and materials for maintenance operations.
Report any observations regarding the technical or behavioral performance of field teams to the appropriate management.
