About the Role

AWN Business Services is seeking a Government Relations Specialist to join their team in Riyadh Region. This full-time position requires a professional with 2-5 years of experience in managing government relations and navigating Saudi Government Business Platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively manage and complete government relations tasks for clients.
• Monitor and ensure the validity and compliance of client government documents and registrations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.

Essential Knowledge and Skills

• Proficiency with Saudi Government Platforms including Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, GOSI, Saudi Business Center, ZATCA, Baladi, Chamber of Commerce, MHRSD, and the Ministry of Investment.
• Native Arabic communication skills.
• Experience in customer handling and relationship management.
• A customer-focused mindset.
• Strong task management and tracking abilities, with familiarity in tools like Monday or Asana.
• Effective problem-solving capabilities.
• Reporting and summarizing skills.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
