The Role of a Graduate Engineer

SYSTRA Arabia is seeking a Graduate Engineer (Saudi National) to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is suitable for recent graduates or early-career engineering professionals with 0-1 years of experience who are eager to develop hands-on expertise in project planning, coordination, execution, and stakeholder communication. The successful candidate will provide support for project delivery activities, work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, and contribute to ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and in line with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Support the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering and project activities.
Assist in preparing project schedules, reports, technical documentation, and progress updates.
Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project implementation.
Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and timelines, escalating issues where necessary.
Review technical drawings, specifications, and project documents for completeness and accuracy.
Participate in site visits, inspections, and project meetings as required.
Help ensure compliance with company standards, project requirements, and HSE regulations.
Track project costs, materials, and resource requirements in coordination with relevant teams.
Maintain organized records of project correspondence, approvals, and technical submissions.
Provide general engineering and administrative support to the project team.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated and detail-oriented individual, specifically a Saudi National, with 0-1 years of experience in an engineering discipline.
