The Junior/Graduate Engineer Role

As part of Alpin's commitment to supporting and developing local talent, we are seeking motivated Saudi Nationals for Junior/Graduate Engineer positions in Riyadh. This full-time role is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience in Mechanical or Architecture engineering, offering an opportunity to commence an engineering career within an organization dedicated to innovation and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, design, and implementation of engineering projects.
• Support senior engineers in the preparation of technical reports and documentation.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and data collection as required.
• Participate in problem-solving activities and contribute to efficient engineering solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and health & safety requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams on project delivery.
• Understand and implement the principles of project management, including scheduling, resource leveling, effective meetings, and client relations.
• Engage in both site-based and office-based consultancy tasks.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Must be a Saudi National.
• A degree in Mechanical Engineering or Architecture.
• 0-1 years of professional experience.
• Possession of a KSA Driving License and personal mode of transportation.
• Must be a resident in Riyadh, KSA.

Work Setting
