About the Role

Almarai is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead the development and growth of its Ice Cream portfolio. This full-time position, based in Riyadh, requires 5-10 years of experience and offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The role is responsible for driving category performance, shaping strategic direction, and achieving annual marketing and financial targets within a competitive FMCG environment.

Role Objectives

The Group Product Manager will play a key role in strengthening brand equity and accelerating market share. This involves leading high-impact product and marketing initiatives to ensure the sustained success and expansion of the Ice Cream category.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall development and growth strategy for the Ice Cream product portfolio.
• Drive category performance by managing existing products and overseeing innovation pipelines.
• Define and shape the strategic direction for the Ice Cream category.
• Ensure delivery against established annual marketing and financial targets.
• Contribute to strengthening overall brand equity within the category.
• Implement initiatives to accelerate market share growth.
• Lead and execute impactful product and marketing campaigns.

Qualifications and Experience

• A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing or brand management.
• Specific experience within the ice cream category in a reputable FMCG company in the Middle East is required.
• A proven track record of delivering results in competitive market conditions.
• Demonstrated success in brand building and new product launches.
• Strong expertise in New Product Development (NPD) and consumer insights/research.
• Solid experience in pricing strategy, portfolio management, and financial delivery.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic and operational marketing plans.
• Excellent English communication skills.
