Guest Experience Expert (Saudi National Only)

About the Role

Marriott Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is open to Saudi Nationals only and is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are committed to delivering exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide guests through their entire stay, from check-in to check-out, ensuring a memorable experience.
• Address guest requests and operational needs proactively.
• Complete necessary reports and administrative tasks.
• Share information about local attractions and highlights with guests.
• Maintain a professional appearance and communication style at all times.
• Uphold company quality standards and ensure confidentiality.
• Protect company assets and follow all established policies and procedures.
• Contribute to creating a safe work environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Capability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or *** equivalent.
• Experience: No related work experience required.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
• License or Certification: None required.
