About the Role

Four Points by Sheraton is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on delivering comprehensive services and guiding guests throughout their stay, combining direct guest interaction with essential operational tasks and hands-on support.

Key Responsibilities

Process operational needs and address guest requests efficiently.
Complete required reports accurately.
Provide guests with information on local area highlights.
Assist with loading and unloading vehicles.
Transport luggage to guest rooms or the designated bell area.
Perform other reasonable duties as requested to support guest services.

Required Qualifications and Experience

0-1 year of experience in a related field.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect company assets.
Adherence to all company policies and procedures.
Commitment to upholding quality standards in all tasks.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

The role requires standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
Ability to move through confined or elevated spaces, stairs, and service ramps.
Capable of moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing items weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
Capable of moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing items weighing up to 100 pounds with assistance.
