Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences is seeking a dedicated Guest Service Agent / Associate to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is integral to the hotel's operations, focusing on delivering high-quality service and memorable experiences for all guests.

The Guest Service Agent Role

As a Guest Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and efficient experience for hotel visitors. Beyond managing check-in and check-out processes, this position involves actively contributing to overall guest satisfaction by providing warm hospitality and attentive service throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

Greet guests upon arrival and manage the check-in process, including verifying details, assigning rooms, issuing keys, and coordinating welcome materials or bell service assistance.
Process guest departures efficiently by verifying charges, handling payments, issuing receipts, and accurately utilizing the point-of-sale system.
Provide comprehensive knowledge of hotel offerings, room types, rates, promotions, and local area information to assist with guest inquiries.
Employ up-selling techniques to recommend hotel amenities and maximize room and service revenue.
Respond to guest requests, resolve concerns with care and urgency, and effectively manage messages and communications.
