About the Role

Elegancia Arabia is seeking a Head of Business Development to lead market growth and secure fit-out projects in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on developing client and partner relationships from initial engagement through contract negotiation.

Role Overview

The Head of Business Development will be responsible for driving the business development strategy for fit-out projects within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role involves identifying new opportunities, building a robust pipeline, and managing the entire sales cycle from prequalification to contract finalization, working closely with tendering and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy specifically for fit-out projects in KSA.
Identify project opportunities and cultivate a strong pipeline through engagement with clients, consultants, developers, and partners.
Lead client engagement, technical prequalifications, proposal development, and commercial negotiations, coordinating with tendering and operations teams.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pipeline performance, providing forecasts and progress reports to senior management.
Lead and develop the business development team.

Qualifications and Requirements

A minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, with a strong record of winning fit-out projects in Saudi Arabia.
Strong knowledge of the KSA fit-out market, including the tendering process and client landscape.
Demonstrated ability to develop relationships, secure projects, negotiate contracts, and lead teams effectively.
Knowledge of ERP systems, with a preference for SAP.
An MBA or a similar graduate degree is considered an advantage.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a dynamic environment focused on market growth and project acquisition in the fit-out sector.
