Role Overview

Naseej is seeking a Helpdesk Support Trainee for an internship opportunity in Riyadh. This role is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are looking to start their IT support career. The trainee will gain skills in ticket management, troubleshooting, customer service, and application support through the Tamheer program.

Job Summary

The Helpdesk Support Trainee will provide first-line application support to both Naseej customers and internal users. This involves accurately handling, documenting, and escalating support requests as needed to ensure efficient resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, classify, and manage application-support tickets accurately.
• Resolve common and documented user issues independently.
• Document ticket activities and resolutions according to Helpdesk standards.
• Escalate unresolved cases with complete and accurate technical information.
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal support teams.
• Follow approved SLA requirements and ticket lifecycle procedures.
• Develop an understanding of the primary functions of supported Naseej products.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience.
• Interest in IT support and customer service.
• Ability to learn and apply troubleshooting techniques.
