About Seven Medical Rehabilitation Center

Seven Medical Rehabilitation Center (سبعة للتأهيل), a licensed rehabilitation clinic in Riyadh with over 12 years of experience, is seeking dedicated Home Visit Physiotherapists. This contract-based role involves providing essential physiotherapy services directly to patients in their homes across Riyadh, facilitated through the Seventic application.

Role Purpose and Operational Framework

The Home Visit Physiotherapist delivers professional rehabilitation services with flexibility and autonomy. Seven Medical Rehabilitation Center manages patient acquisition, booking logistics, payment processing, and quality assurance, enabling physiotherapists to focus entirely on patient care. All services are conducted under the center's medical license, ensuring adherence to professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive physiotherapy sessions for patients in their homes.
• Documenting session notes accurately using the SOAP (Subjective, Objective, Assessment, Plan) format within the Seventic application.
• Utilizing AI-assisted treatment plans provided through the application to guide and optimize therapy.
• Setting and managing a personal work schedule and defining a preferred service radius.

Compensation and Engagement Model

Physiotherapists will receive a base payment of SAR 100 per session. The compensation structure includes performance-based bonuses, which can increase earnings by up to 100% of the base rate. These bonuses are calculated based on factors such as prompt acceptance of appointments, maintaining a patient rating of or higher, and achieving specific monthly service volumes.

Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience as a Physiotherapist.
• Must possess own transportation for conducting home visits.
• Must be based in Riyadh.
• Proficiency in using mobile applications for scheduling, communication, and documentation.
