W Hotels is seeking a Host/Hostess of Saudi Nationality to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves providing a welcoming experience for guests and ensuring smooth operations within the dining areas. The position is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are dedicated to maintaining high standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and determine the size of their party.
• Seat guests efficiently at clean, available tables, ensuring chairs are pulled out and current menus are presented.
• Guide guests through dining areas and offer assistance as needed.
• Arrange tables, chairs, and settings, and organize seating for groups with specific requirements.
• Verify that place settings are complete with napkins, clean silverware, and all standard items.
• Inspect menus for cleanliness, currency, quantity, and presentation (wrinkle-free).
• Maintain cleanliness in work areas throughout the day, adhering to clean-as-you-go procedures.
• Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service quality, safety, and guest well-being.
• Adhere to all company safety and security policies; report incidents and unsafe conditions to management.
• Ensure a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
• Communicate professionally and clearly, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
• Foster positive working relationships, support team goals, and address employee concerns appropriately.
• Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
• Perform physical tasks including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and lifting/moving objects up to 10 pounds without assistance.
• Execute other reasonable job duties as assigned by Supervisors.
