Role Description The Host/Hostess is a full-time, on-site role based at W Riyadh – KAFD in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for warmly welcoming guests upon arrival, managing seating arrangements, and ensuring a smooth and personalized flow throughout their dining or lounge experience. The Host/Hostess will greet guests with genuine warmth and confidence, manage reservations and walk-ins, and coordinate closely with the service team to maintain an efficient and enjoyable guest journey. Daily responsibilities include managing the entrance and waiting area, maintaining an organized seating chart, handling guest inquiries, and upholding the ambiance and energy that reflects the W brand. The role also involves supporting promotional events and ensuring every guest interaction reflects W's bold, design-led lifestyle culture.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on creating memorable first impressions and building guest rapport.
• Effective Communication abilities, including clear verbal communication in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage seating flow, reservations, and guest expectations simultaneously.
