About the Role

Cool Inc is seeking a professional and well-presented Hostess to join its hospitality team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves creating a welcoming experience for guests and maintaining high standards of service from their arrival.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet all guests upon arrival.
• Manage guest seating and ensure efficient table flow.
• Handle reservations, walk-ins, and guest inquiries professionally.
• Maintain accurate guest information and reservation records.
• Coordinate with the Service and Management teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with guest requests and provide knowledgeable information about the restaurant.
• Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times.
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary.
• Ensure the entrance, hostess station, and guest areas are clean and presentable.
• Support the team during busy services and special events.
