About the Role

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position offers an opportunity to contribute to a globally recognized hotel group known for its commitment to service excellence and creating memorable guest experiences.

Role Overview

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and presentation expected at Radisson Hotel Group properties. You will be instrumental in ensuring guest satisfaction through meticulous attention to detail and effective team leadership. This role requires a proactive approach to support the Housekeeping Manager and contribute to the smooth operation of the department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the housekeeping team, providing leadership and setting an example to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
  • Support the Housekeeping Manager in daily operations and departmental management.
  • Work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining impeccable standards in all areas.
  • Ensure all housekeeping tasks are completed efficiently and to the required quality.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • Between 5 to 10 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
  • A strong eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
