About the Role

Riymar, a real estate development organization in Riyadh, is seeking an HR CoE Assistant Manager. This full-time role focuses on leading key HR initiatives, enhancing organizational effectiveness, and supporting strategic workforce decisions. The position ensures that HR frameworks and practices align with overall business objectives.

Role Context and Focus Areas

The HR CoE Assistant Manager will be instrumental in several core HR functions, including organizational development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and workforce planning. The role involves developing and implementing strategic HR frameworks to support the organization's growth and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of HR policies, frameworks, and strategic initiatives.
Manage performance management cycles, including goal setting, evaluations, and performance analysis.
Oversee organizational design, job evaluation, grading structures, and job architecture.
Manage compensation and benefits analysis, salary benchmarking, and internal equity reviews.
Lead workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and organizational capacity assessments.
Develop HR dashboards, analytics, and management reports to support strategic decisions.
Drive talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
Identify and implement HR process improvements, automation, and digital transformation opportunities.
Collaborate with business leaders to ensure HR programs support organizational priorities.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 7–9 years of HR experience, with a preference for backgrounds in HR Center of Excellence, organizational development, or strategic HR functions. Proven experience in managing HR projects, developing policies, and driving HR transformation initiatives is required. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of overall experience.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role involves working within a real estate development organization, contributing to its strategic HR functions.
