About the Opportunity

Qureos is representing a leading organization within the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector that is seeking a highly skilled and strategic HR Manager (F&B). This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role is critical for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's objectives, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent within the F&B industry.

Role Overview

The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of the human resources function for the organization. This involves playing a crucial role in strategic HR planning and operational execution to support business growth and employee development. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned HR professional with a strong understanding of the F&B sector's unique demands and a passion for creating an effective and compliant HR framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that are aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage the entire recruitment and selection process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new employees across all levels of the F&B business.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system designed to drive high performance.
• Nurture a positive working environment by effectively managing employee relations, and addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure full compliance with Saudi Arabian labour law.
• Administer compensation and benefit plans, ensuring they remain competitive and equitable.
• Assess training needs and subsequently apply and monitor training programmes for staff development, with a particular focus on customer service, food safety, and operational excellence.
• Report to management and provide decision support through comprehensive HR metrics.
• Ensure legal compliance across all human resource management activities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Proven working experience of 5-10 years as an HR Manager or in another HR executive role.
• Demonstrable experience within the Food & Beverage or hospitality industry is essential.
• In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian labour law and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS).
