Simple Bread is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is open exclusively to Saudi Nationals.

Role Overview

The HR Manager will be responsible for the full scope of Human Resources functions, partnering with the organization on strategic initiatives. This role involves maintaining and enhancing the company's human resources framework by planning, implementing, and evaluating HR policies, programs, and practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new hires efficiently.
• Conduct performance management processes and provide constructive feedback.
• Manage payroll and employee benefits programs.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate human resources policies, programs, and practices.
• Support the organization on strategic HR initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Proven ability to manage the full scope of HR responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, programs, and practices.
• This position is open to Saudi Nationals Only.
