The Role of HR Manager

DataVolt is seeking an HR Manager to oversee the full range of generalist HR activities for a new business unit in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing HR functions from recruitment support to local compliance, ensuring smooth operations and employee satisfaction within the KSA region.

Key Responsibilities

Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Support recruitment activities, workforce planning, and the mobilization of new employees.
Manage end-to-end visa and immigration processes, including work visas, business visas, Iqama issuance/renewals, transfers, exit/re-entry visas, and coordination with government authorities and service providers.
Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with the Finance and payroll departments.
Address employee queries, grievances, and workplace issues.
Support employee engagement, retention, learning, and development initiatives.
Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
Ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law and company policies.
Manage employment contracts, including preparation, issuance, renewals, amendments, and documentation through Qiwa.
Coordinate with Government Relations on Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, Iqama, visas, and work permits.
Manage medical insurance enrollment and employee benefits administration.
Support compensation and benefits administration and ensure consistent application of HR policies.
Support performance management, promotions, transfers, and disciplinary processes.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in human resources, with a strong understanding of HR generalist activities and Saudi Labour Law. The role requires proven experience in managing HR operations within a dynamic business environment.
