About the Role

Red Sea Global (RSG) is seeking an experienced HR Strategy & Project Management Senior Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves managing the development, governance, and execution of RSG's HR strategy framework and project portfolio, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and integrated delivery across all HR functions. Job Purpose and Responsibilities

The primary purpose of this role is to manage the development, governance, and execution of RSG's HR strategy framework, project portfolio, and divisional planning cycle. This includes:

  • Developing and maintaining RSG's People and HR strategy framework and HR service model, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and evolving business priorities.
  • Monitoring the execution of the HR strategy roadmap, tracking progress, identifying risks, and providing performance updates to senior HR leadership.
  • Driving the governance of strategic HR projects and initiatives, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Acting as the focal point for HR project governance, maintaining delivery frameworks, documentation standards, and coordination protocols.
  • Managing the annual business planning cycle for the HR division, consolidating deliverables and budget submissions.
  • Developing, cascading, and monitoring HR division KPIs and objectives in coordination with the Strategy & Performance division.
  • Integrating change management strategies into HR projects, overseeing stakeholder engagement, communication, and transition support.
  • Developing and maintaining the HR shared services delivery model between Group HR and RSG subsidiaries.
  • Facilitating alignment between corporate strategy and HR deliverables through project planning and execution reviews.
  • Contributing to enterprise-wide transformation initiatives from an HR strategy perspective.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of RSG's Saudization strategy, including workforce localization and upskilling.
  • Supporting GRC and internal audit processes by maintaining documentation of HR strategic initiatives and performance reports.

Managerial Contributions

The role involves contributing to the Department’s strategy from a Section or Unit perspective, aligning with RSG’s vision and mission. This includes developing Section or Unit objectives, KPIs, and annual operational plans, as well as contributing to budget preparation and monitoring financial performance. Ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, overseeing performance communication, and ensuring effective staffing, development, and deployment of employees are also key managerial contributions.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. A Master’s Degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in managerial roles.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent project governance certification is preferred.
  • HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, CIPD, APHRI, or equivalent are preferred.
  • Experience in organizational change management or holding a recognized change management certification (*, Prosci, ACMP) is preferred.

Key Interactions

Internal interactions for this role will include HR Centers of Excellence, the Organization Design & Workforce Planning Unit, RSG Subsidiaries (where applicable), Strategy & Performance, GRC, Legal, and Sustainability departments.
