About the HRIS Intern Role at Ninja

Ninja, a quick-commerce company, is seeking a motivated HRIS Intern to join its Human Resources team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR systems, employee data management, reporting, and HR process support. The role is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are looking to develop their skills in HR information systems.

Role Overview

The HRIS Intern will support the administration, maintenance, and improvement of HR information systems. This position provides an opportunity to work closely with the HR team, contributing to the efficiency and accuracy of HR operations through effective system management and data handling.

Key Responsibilities

Support the HR team in maintaining and updating employee data within HRIS systems.
Assist with data entry, validation, and reporting tasks.
Provide support for HRIS-related requests and troubleshoot basic system issues.
Assist in generating HR reports and analyzing HR data to support decision-making.
Support system updates, testing, and the implementation of new HRIS processes.
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity across all systems.
Assist in documenting HRIS procedures and processes for clarity and consistency.
Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve HRIS-related issues efficiently.
