About the HSE Supervisor Role

BEC Arabia is seeking an experienced HSE Supervisor to oversee and implement health, safety, and environmental initiatives across project operations in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a dedicated professional to ensure compliance and promote a strong safety culture.

Key Responsibilities

The HSE Supervisor will be responsible for leading site HSE activities and ensuring the effective implementation of safety management systems. Key duties include:

• Managing HSE inspectors and overseeing daily safety operations.
• Developing and implementing comprehensive safety plans and procedures.
• Conducting thorough risk assessments and reviewing method statements.
• Monitoring compliance with permit-to-work (PTW) systems and all safety requirements.
• Leading incident investigations and ensuring the implementation of corrective actions.
• Coordinating with project management and client HSE teams.
• Conducting regular safety meetings, audits, and inspections.
• Ensuring subcontractor compliance with all HSE standards.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role must possess the following qualifications and experience:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Safety.
• A minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant HSE experience.
• Possession of the NEBOSH IGC certification is required.
• Demonstrated experience as an HSE Supervisor on major construction projects.
• Experience with PIF / giga projects is preferred.

Work Environment
