About Bayut KSA and the Opportunity

Bayut, a key entity within the Dubizzle Group, operates as the leading property portal in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, connecting millions of users and committed to delivering an optimal online search experience. With a collective strength of 10 brands, Dubizzle Group serves over 200 million monthly users. As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will join our team in Riyadh, working full-time to provide strategic and operational HR support.

The Role of an HR Business Partner

In this full-time role, the HR Business Partner serves as a trusted advisor, providing essential operational HR support to enhance Bayut KSA's business performance. You will collaborate closely with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals, focusing on driving organizational effectiveness and employee engagement within the Riyadh Province.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage new hire paperwork, including contractual, banking, and medical insurance documentation.
  • Coordinate and administer training workshops as part of the onboarding program.
  • Oversee the full visa cycle for new hires, utilizing relevant platforms and portals.
  • Coordinate the relocation of new hires into the country.
  • Maintain, administer, and complete internal HRMS (BambooHR) records.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations, staying updated on HR best practices.
  • Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing questions and resolving work-related issues.
  • Provide employees with information on policies, job duties, salaries, and benefits.
  • Offer HR representation, support, and guidance during the PIP cycle and performance management, including disciplinary actions and continuous conversations.
  • Support focus groups across the organization, implement agendas, and recommend feedback and improvements.
  • Coordinate with the PRO for visa cancellations/transfers and immigration clearance.
  • Conduct exit interviews and prepare final settlements in accordance with Saudi labor law.
  • Represent Bayut in Saudi labor disputes as required.
  • Provide 24/48-hour response time for paperwork production, including salary certificates, PIP, and performance documents.
  • Prepare monthly reports for HRM, covering visa headcount, quota, and other metrics.
  • Implement and manage HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with local legal requirements.
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Drive organizational change initiatives, supporting business transformation and cultural change.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree or HR certification (*, SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP or similar role, preferably within the KSA market.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and Saudi employment laws.
