About the Role

Segadty, located in Riyadh, is seeking a Human Resources COOP Trainee for a full-time cooperative training program. This role is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are looking to gain practical exposure to Human Resources Management in a real-world setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment operations, including resume screening and interview coordination.
• Assist in new employee onboarding procedures.
• Organize and update employee files and data.
• Support attendance, leave, and administrative follow-up tasks.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and indicators.
• Participate in developing internal policies and procedures.
• Support internal communication activities and employee experience initiatives.
• Participate in the daily tasks and projects of the Human Resources department.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Currently enrolled as a student in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related major.
• Must have a cooperative training (COOP) requirement from a university or college.
• Demonstrated good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• A strong desire to learn, take responsibility, and work effectively within a team.
• Full commitment throughout the training period.
