About the Role

Jotun is seeking a Human Resources Manager to support business objectives through strategic HR initiatives. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires over 10 years of experience. The role is part of the Management Team and reports directly to the Managing Director.

Role Overview

As the Human Resources Manager for Jotun Saudi Co. Ltd., you will lead the HR function, focusing on shaping company culture and implementing people strategies that foster business growth and employee success. This role encompasses the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to retirement, ensuring alignment with Group, Regional, and local business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the HR function by applying Jotun’s Leadership tools to develop and support the team, ensuring a capable and motivated workforce.
• Deliver end-to-end HR services across the employee lifecycle.
• Manage all HR areas including Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment & Talent Attraction, Mobility, Diversity & Inclusion, Organizational Design, and HR management systems.
• Oversee end-to-end mobility services for inbound and outbound employees.
• Implement and uphold Group, Regional, and local HR policies and processes, ensuring compliance with global standards and local legal requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure HR strategies support business goals, strategy, and company culture.
• Ensure compliance with legal and governmental requirements.
• Lead local training initiatives and employer branding efforts.
• Manage employee pension schemes and insurance plans.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources.
• International experience and/or experience within an international organization.
• Strong HR management experience across operational and strategic HR with full-cycle responsibility.
• Solid exposure to Compensation & Benefits, including salary benchmarking against market data.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
