This role is based in the Al Rabwah District and provides a structured training program with a duration of 3 to 6 months, designed to develop foundational HR skills.

Role Summary

The Human Resources Officer will support the daily operations of the HR department, focusing on employee lifecycle management and compliance. This position involves collaborating with various internal departments to ensure smooth HR processes and adherence to company policies and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for new hire orientations and manage the onboarding process through the completion of the probation period.
• Liaise with the Public Relations Officer (PRO) regarding new visa issuance and renewals, ensuring records are updated accurately.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to arrange flight tickets and hotel accommodation for new joiners.
• Partner with other departments, including Finance, Legal, and IT, to achieve shared organizational goals and objectives.
• Provide support for internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department.
• Compile and maintain comprehensive physical and electronic employee files.
• Monitor employee attendance and ensure strict compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements and labor laws pertinent to the day-to-day management of employees, aiming to reduce legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management.
