About the HVAC Technician Role

The Luxury Collection is seeking a full-time HVAC Technician to join their team in Riyadh. This role is responsible for maintaining and repairing the property's heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance and guest comfort.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC, air quality control, and refrigeration equipment.
• Conduct daily inspections of the mechanical plant and monitor its operations.
• Monitor and control property temperature to ensure a comfortable environment.
• Monitor and analyze energy and utilities usage to identify potential savings.
• Calibrate all controls, gauges, meters, and other related equipment.
• Assemble, install, test, repair, and maintain electrical systems or electronic wiring.
• Assemble, install, and maintain pipe assemblies, fittings, and valves.
• Perform routine pool and spa maintenance as required.

Professional Conduct and Safety

• Adhere to all company safety and security policies and procedures.
• Report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries promptly.
• Complete all required safety training and certifications.
• Maintain a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance.
• Protect company assets and maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Interact with guests and colleagues using clear and professional language, anticipating and addressing service needs.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, responding appropriately to concerns.
• Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
• Identify, recommend, and implement improvements to increase organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and cost-savings.

Physical Demands

This role requires the ability to perform various physical tasks, including:

• Reaching overhead and below the knees.
• Moving in confined or elevated spaces.
• Navigating sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
• Ascending and descending stairs, service ramps, and ladders.
• Grasping, turning, and manipulating objects of varying size and weight.
• Assisting with moving, lifting, carrying, and placing objects weighing in excess of 100 pounds.
• Moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Performing other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Qualifications and Experience

• Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
• A minimum of 3 years of related work experience.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• A valid Driver’s License.
• HVAC Certification.
• No supervisory experience is required for this role.
