About the Role

******** is seeking an Import Operations & Sales Officer to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to managing local operations, developing sales strategies, and cultivating strong client relationships within the import sector. The role requires an ambitious individual with 2-5 years of experience ready to contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with clients and respond to inquiries via the company’s official contact channels.
Follow up with existing clients and provide regular updates on their orders.
Develop new client relationships and attract new customers to the company.
Conduct visits to potential clients within Riyadh when required.
Provide initial consultation to clients regarding import operations from China.
Track customer orders from placement through shipping to final delivery.
Coordinate continuously with the team in China and with suppliers.
Monitor import details, shipping processes, and commercial documentation.
Keep clients updated on any developments or requirements related to their orders.
Manage some of the company’s social media activities.
Publish marketing content, especially on TikTok.
Contribute to building the company’s digital presence and attracting clients through content.
Maintain daily follow-up and communication with suppliers and partners in China.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in a relevant operational or sales role.

Required Skills

Ability to learn quickly.
Capacity to work effectively under pressure.

Work Environment and Compensation

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The salary for this role ranges from SAR 3,750 to SAR 5,625, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
