Role Overview

The Innovation Analyst will contribute to the development of innovative ideas and the evaluation of digital solutions. This position involves identifying emerging technologies and supporting various innovation programs designed to enhance organizational performance and improve digital services.

Key Responsibilities

• Research emerging digital trends and technologies relevant to the organization.
• Identify and assess innovation opportunities within various business functions.
• Support the planning and execution of ideation workshops and innovation programs.
• Evaluate digital solutions and proof-of-concepts (PoCs) for feasibility and impact.
• Prepare detailed innovation reports and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to integrate innovative solutions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at fostering a culture of innovation.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
• 2-5 years of professional experience in a role focused on digital innovation, technology analysis, or related areas.
