About the Role

Role Purpose

The Innovation Research and Development Engineer will play a critical role in identifying and implementing cutting-edge solutions that enhance the company's product portfolio. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analyze technological trends to identify potential applications for company products.
• Design and develop new products and technologies, including web applications, databases, and software performance improvements.
• Perform comprehensive testing and evaluation of new products and technologies, documenting results and implementing necessary improvements.
• Collaborate effectively with development, design, and quality teams to ensure successful innovation and improvement implementation.
• Monitor industrial developments and standards in the IT industry to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and international standards.
• Prepare detailed technical documents and reports to explain new products, their usage, and benefits, simplifying complex concepts for users.
• Track competitor research and innovations to maintain the company's technological leadership.
• Maintain strong communication and collaboration with technology partners, including managing license renewals.
• Ensure compliance with intellectual property laws throughout the development and innovation process.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant academic field.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of professional experience in a related innovation, research, or development role.

Technical Focus Areas
