About the Role: Inside Sales Representative

Maison Care HS is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position designed for professionals with 0-1 years of experience who are passionate about customer service and sales within the skin and hair care sector.

Role Overview

The Inside Sales Representative will focus on explaining and selling skin and hair care treatments and products directly to clients within the center. This role requires a customer-focused approach, strong communication, and persuasion skills to deliver a premium client experience and achieve sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and assess their skin and hair care needs.
• Present treatments, services, and products in a clear and professional manner.
• Recommend appropriate solutions tailored to each client’s specific needs.
• Achieve established in-center sales targets.
• Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure and support customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate effectively with the center team to maintain a high-quality service experience.

Qualifications and Experience

• A background in Pharmacy, Medical Sciences, or relevant experience in skin and hair care.
• Previous experience in sales or as a sales representative, particularly within the care and beauty products sector, is considered an advantage.
