The Role of Medical Representative

The Medical Representative (In-Center) is a full-time position responsible for client engagement within the wellness and aesthetics center. This role focuses on providing personalized consultations, promoting services and products, and building client trust. The representative is instrumental in achieving sales targets by effectively promoting treatment packages and retail products, while also educating clients on proper care and the benefits of each service. This position is essential for delivering a high-quality, personalized client experience and supporting the center’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide personalized consultations based on their skin or hair concerns.
• Recommend appropriate treatments, sessions, and home care products tailored to each client’s needs.
• Clearly explain the benefits, usage, and protocols of beauty services and products offered by the center.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of all skincare and haircare products, staying updated with new arrivals or formulations.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets by promoting packages and retail items effectively.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
• Coordinate with therapists and front-desk teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Follow up with clients post-treatment to assess satisfaction and offer further recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized consultation and display area.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on beauty trends, product knowledge, and consultation techniques.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the beauty or cosmetics industry.
• Experience level of 0-1 years.
• Knowledge of beauty products and skincare treatments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
