The Role: International Operations Supervisor

Arabian Oud is seeking an International Operations Supervisor to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to overseeing day-to-day operations across all international markets. The supervisor will ensure smooth execution, maintain operational alignment, and provide consistent follow-up with country teams and various internal departments to support global business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor operations across international markets, serving as the primary coordination point between the Head Office and country teams.
• Track operational performance, identify gaps, and follow up on corrective action plans and execution timelines.
• Maintain centralized tracking of projects, operational actions, risks, and pending items across all markets.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, IT, Finance, Marketing, and other departments to ensure operational alignment and facilitate issue resolution.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock availability, replenishment processes, and supply chain challenges that impact store performance.
• Prepare executive reports detailing performance, operational risks, pending actions, and key business updates.
• Support international projects and strategic initiatives, including store openings, market expansions, system implementations, and commercial activations.
• Oversee trademark registrations and renewals across international markets in coordination with legal advisors.
• Support franchise and wholesale operations, ensuring operational compliance and alignment with company standards.
• Ensure all markets comply with company policies, operational procedures, and reporting standards.
• Identify operational risks and proactively escalate critical issues with recommended solutions.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 2-5 years of relevant professional experience.

This role demands a comprehensive understanding of international business operations and the ability to manage complex coordination efforts. The International Operations Supervisor will be instrumental in bridging communication between the Head Office and diverse country teams, ensuring that strategic directives are translated into effective operational practices globally.
