AtkinsRéalis is seeking an Irrigation Inspector to join their team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position focused on ensuring the quality and compliance of irrigation systems within road and infrastructure projects.

Role Overview

The Irrigation Inspector is responsible for monitoring and inspecting the installation of irrigation systems. This role ensures proper installation, efficient water management, and adherence to design specifications, environmental standards, and safety regulations for various projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect the installation of irrigation systems for roadside landscaping and greenery.
• Verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure proper alignment, pressure, and water distribution.
• Monitor adherence to environmental and safety regulations.
• Review and validate contractor work, materials, and equipment used in irrigation systems.
• Prepare inspection reports, checklists, and documentation for project records.
• Identify non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and contractors to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure timely completion of irrigation works in line with project schedules.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover of irrigation systems.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Irrigation Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in irrigation inspection within road and infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, hydraulics, and water distribution technologies.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and irrigation design software.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
