About the Opportunity

Jobskey Search and Selection is seeking an IT Administrator on behalf of a leading real estate company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on managing and securing the client's IT infrastructure to support critical business operations.

Role Overview

The IT Administrator will be responsible for the comprehensive management and security of the organization's IT systems. This includes maintaining network infrastructure, implementing robust cybersecurity measures, and providing essential technical support for various business applications. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of five years of experience in networking and cybersecurity, with a preference for experience within the real estate sector.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, networking devices, and communication systems.
• Configure, administer, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPNs, firewalls, routers, and switches.
• Develop and implement cybersecurity policies and best practices to safeguard organizational data and systems.
• Monitor network performance and ensure the availability, reliability, and security of IT services.
• Perform system upgrades, patch management, data backups, and disaster recovery activities.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and security permissions.
• Conduct security assessments and coordinate remediation efforts.
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Liaise with external vendors and service providers for IT procurement and maintenance.
• Support real estate applications, ERP systems, CRM platforms, and property management software.
• Maintain IT documentation, asset inventories, and system records.
• Recommend and implement improvements to optimize IT performance and security.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience in networking and cybersecurity.
• Prior experience in the real estate industry is preferred.

Technical Expertise

• Strong knowledge of networking technologies, including TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, routing, and switching.
• Hands-on experience with firewalls, endpoint security solutions, and security monitoring tools.
• Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and virtualization technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, backup solutions, and disaster recovery processes.
