About the Role

Hilton is seeking an IT Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing IT operations and strategy across multiple properties, ensuring system performance, security, and compliance with established standards. The IT Manager will play a key role in supporting hotel operations and leading technology projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute IT strategy and implementation, supporting the design and execution of IT initiatives in collaboration with the Area Director of Technology Services.
• Enhance system performance and security by monitoring, diagnosing, and adjusting LAN and network server performance, managing upgrades, directory structures, and preventive maintenance.
• Resolve technical challenges by identifying and implementing solutions for user concerns related to personal computing, software applications, and network connectivity, providing necessary training and support.
• Ensure compliance with IT standards, overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and upgrades of IT infrastructure in line with Hilton Technology Network (HTN) standards and certification requirements.
• Lead technology projects, assisting with the execution of major system implementations such as workstation and server refreshes, Wi-Fi, PBX, and point-of-sale installations.
• Support hotel operations by working closely with property management to ensure smooth IT functions, maintain critical site systems, and efficiently troubleshoot issues.
• Inspire and develop the team through recruitment, training, supervision, coaching, and mentoring, including conducting performance evaluations and providing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in information technology management.
