Role Overview

Cielo Talent is seeking an IT PMO Non Medical to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to managing and overseeing IT projects specifically related to hospital support functions. The successful candidate will ensure these projects are delivered efficiently and effectively, aligning with organizational objectives.

Project Leadership and Delivery

The primary objective of this position is to lead IT projects from inception to completion, focusing on support functions within a hospital environment. This involves ensuring that all projects meet established budget constraints, adhere to defined timelines, uphold quality standards, and contribute directly to strategic organizational goals. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of project lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage IT projects specifically related to hospital support functions.
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
  • Ensure strict compliance with PMO governance frameworks and established methodologies.
  • Develop comprehensive project schedules, manage budgets, and create performance dashboards.
  • Identify potential project risks and implement effective mitigation plans to address them.
  • Produce regular reports and provide updates to IT leadership on project status and progress.
  • Support users during deployment, training, and change management phases of projects.
  • Ensure alignment between individual projects and the organization’s broader digital transformation strategy.

Stakeholder Collaboration and Coordination

A critical aspect of this role involves extensive collaboration and coordination with various internal and external stakeholders. The IT PMO Non Medical will work closely with departments such as Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Procurement, Facilities, Biomedical, and Maintenance. Additionally, the role requires effective coordination between business teams, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution and successful outcomes.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in IT project management, preferably within a healthcare or similar complex organizational environment, with a focus on non-medical support functions.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role operates within a dynamic environment, requiring interaction with diverse teams and a commitment to delivering high-quality IT solutions for critical hospital support operations.
