About the Role

FNRCO is seeking a Jr. Supply Chain Officer to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This contract position is designed for a professional with 2-5 years of experience in supply chain and procurement support. The role focuses on managing various procurement and supply chain activities to ensure efficient operations and compliance with internal procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, monitor, and resolve procurement and supply chain support tickets within established timelines.
Handle new vendor registrations and maintain accurate vendor master data within the Oracle ERP system.
Administer the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) process, including issuing, collecting, tracking, and coordinating supplier submissions.
Conduct and document periodic vendor appraisals and supplier performance evaluations.
Support vendor performance management and balanced scorecard activities.
Provide general procurement administration, documentation, record-keeping, and reporting support.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and internal procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle ERP, specifically in procurement and vendor management modules.
Demonstrated experience in vendor registration, supplier pre-qualification (PQQ), and vendor performance appraisals.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of procurement processes and vendor management principles.
Ability to manage multiple requests and meet deadlines effectively.
High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
