About the Junior Digital Marketing Analyst Role

AQAR is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Digital Marketing Analyst to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is designed for individuals looking to build a career in performance marketing and digital analytics, focusing on supporting the planning, execution, tracking, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels. The role involves campaign setup, performance monitoring, analytics, conversion tracking, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in launching and managing digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, and Google Ads.
  • Ensure accurate campaign setup aligned with objectives, budgets, and targeting parameters.
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, CPL, conversions, and ROAS.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and dashboards.
  • Identify trends, insights, and provide recommendations to enhance marketing effectiveness.
  • Support ad-hoc reporting requests from internal stakeholders.
  • Create and manage UTM parameters for campaign tracking.
  • Monitor conversion tracking across marketing platforms and analytics tools.
  • Support the implementation and validation of pixels, events, and conversion APIs.
  • Assist in maintaining data accuracy across digital marketing systems.
  • Coordinate campaign assets and requirements with design and content teams.
  • Ensure timely campaign launches according to agreed schedules.
  • Maintain campaign documentation, naming conventions, and tracking frameworks.
  • Support A/B testing initiatives and performance experiments.
  • Utilize tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Events Manager, Snapchat Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Looker Studio.
  • Analyze lead quality and user behavior across marketing funnels.
  • Assist in attribution analysis and customer journey reporting.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 0-1 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing analytics, performance marketing, or related fields. Internship experience in digital marketing is considered a plus.

Technical and Soft Skills

Required skills include:

  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Snapchat Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Basic understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Understanding of UTM tracking, pixels, and conversion measurement.
  • Experience with Looker Studio, SQL, or data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Additional preferred qualifications include:

  • Google Analytics Certification.
  • Meta Blueprint Certification.
  • Experience working with CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and dashboard reporting.

Work Details

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The salary range for this role is 8,000-10,000 SR.
