About the Junior Graphic Designer Role

SR Group is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience in graphic design. The role involves supporting the creation of essential visual materials for both digital and print channels, contributing to various marketing, communication, and internal initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate design briefs into clear visual concepts.
• Produce graphics that adhere to established branding guidelines.
• Assist in the development of logos and overall brand identity.
• Prepare design files accurately for production and publishing across various media.
• Collaborate with marketing, HR, and operations teams to ensure visual consistency in campaigns and documents.
• Meet project deadlines and maintain high-quality design standards.
• Contribute actively to brainstorming sessions for new design ideas.
• Maintain an organized library of all design assets.
• Stay informed about current design trends and industry best practices.

Required Skills and Technical Proficiency

• Graphics and Graphic Design: Strong ability to create visually engaging materials suitable for diverse formats.
• Logo Design and Branding: Capacity to support the development and refinement of visual identities for internal and external projects.
• Typography: Skill in selecting and applying typefaces to enhance readability and brand consistency.
• Design Tools: Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, or equivalent tools, is highly beneficial.

Educational Background

A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a closely related field is preferred for this position.
