About the Junior Graphic Designer Role

Asteri Beauty is seeking a highly creative and tech-savvy Junior Graphic Designer to join its growing team. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on creating engaging, modern, and data-informed content across digital and web platforms, blending strong visual design skills with innovative AI-driven capabilities. Asteri Beauty is a brand inspired by Arabian heritage, focused on developing high-performance beauty products designed to meet demanding expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating visually appealing digital and print assets, including social media posts, banners, presentations, and marketing materials, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Support senior designers in developing creative concepts and executing design tasks.
• Utilize design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign to produce high-quality visuals.
• Implement revisions and updates to designs based on feedback from internal stakeholders.
• Organize and maintain design files and assets to ensure easy access and consistency.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure the timely delivery of design projects.
• Stay updated on current design trends and continuously improve skills and techniques.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in graphic design or relevant internships, supported by a portfolio showcasing creative work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Basic understanding of fundamental design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and branding.
• Ability to follow established brand guidelines and take direction from senior designers.
• Good time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks within a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn and develop professional skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with basic motion graphics or video editing tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro.
• Exposure to digital design, social media content creation, or foundational UI/UX principles.
• Basic awareness of AI-assisted design tools (*, Canva, Adobe Firefly) is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Experience collaborating with marketing or content teams is considered an advantage.
